Crying Under My Desk is a blog that focuses on management, leadership, company culture, and maybe a little bit of iOS development. It’s an attempt to look at the more human side of engineering from an #ActuallyAutistic engineering manager. This blog is targeted toward other engineering managers, but I hope that engineers will find it useful in general – especially ones who are looking for career development help, interviewing tips, and to know that they are not alone in their anxiety.

The name comes from a running joke of mine about how I survive as an engineer and a manager by crying under my desk.
